摘要:柱塞泵是液压系统的一个重要装置。它依靠柱塞在缸体中往复运动,使密封工作容腔的容积发生变化来实现吸油、压油。柱塞泵具有额定压力高、结构紧凑、效率高和流量调节方便等优点,被广泛应用于高压、大流量和流量需要调节的场合,诸如液压机、工程机械和船舶中。根据实验经验所得,泵筒、活塞杆和压盖三者之间存在一定的间隙,导致流体从中泄露出来,所以需要进行密封,而本课题对柱塞泵采用了O型圈及聚四氟乙烯填料环的接触密封,在沟槽中安装O形圈,并且在O形圈两侧分别加上一个挡圈,在受压力的作用下,防止O形圈往压力方向的间隙挤出变形以致失效。在填料函里面装上4个聚四氟乙烯填料环,其材料具有较好的弹性,在受压力作用,可以得到缓冲,使其对O形圈的作用力减小,防止O型圈挤入运动副的间隙中。在端盖上安装O形圈,对泵结构进行了多重密封,保证其密封性。4888

Structure analysis of sealing metering plunger pump
Abstract: The plunger pump is an important means of the hydraulic system. It relies on the plunger reciprocates in the cylinder, so that the sealing capacity of the volume of the cavity changes to achieve Suction pressure oil. Piston pump rated pressure, compact structure, high efficiency, easy adjustment and flow, is widely used in high-pressure, flow and flow need to adjust the occasion, such as hydraulic machines, construction machinery and shipbuilding. There are gaps between the pump cylinder, the piston rod and gland leading fluid from leaked according to the test of experience, so they need to be sealed. The plunger pump of the subject uses O sealing ring and PTFE packing ring seal. The O-ring is installed in the groove, and on both sides of the O-ring is respectively with a snap ring in order to prevent O-ring extrusion gap toward the direction of the pressure from deformation resulting in failure under pressure. The inside of the stuffing box fitted with four PTFE packing rings whose material has good flexibility. Under the pressure force can be buffered, so that the biasing force of the O-ring is reduced to prevent a gap in the O-ring squeeze motion pair. O-ring installed on the end cap is multiple sealing of the pump structure in order to ensure its tightness.
