    摘要:近年来数控技术高速发展,在外圆磨床领域,传统外圆磨床经过数控技术的革新,催生出了数控外圆磨床。我所研究的是其砂轮架以及磨头机构,砂轮架与磨头机构是组成数控外圆磨床的核心部件,加工过程中砂轮架部分运转精度与平稳性决定了零件的尺寸、磨头部分保证了被加工物的表面粗糙度、尺寸精度和圆度等技术要求。本论文从数控技术的大规模发展引伸到其在外圆磨床中的实际应用。通过借鉴国内外成品数控外圆磨床的基础上,总结并设计出了此方案。首先设计砂轮架部分,选择体壳材料、交流伺服电机通过同步带带动主轴,传动砂轮,磨削工件。其次设计磨头机构部分,高精度主轴、角接触球轴承等都体现了高精度要求。数控外圆磨床的优势是通过数控程序来实现恒线速磨削。数控加工是时下各种加工技术的发展趋势,因此对数控外圆磨床的深入理解与高度还原,即跟上了技术发展的脚步又系统地将知识与实践相融合。21243

    Design of grinding wheel and grinding mechanism of CNC Cylindrical
