摘要:本课题主要内容是针对注射塑化质量研究和镜头盖注射模设计两方面进行的。注射塑化质量的研究主要总结、分析成型工艺条件和注射装置对塑化质量的影响,这里分析了料筒温度、塑化压力(背压)、螺杆转速、成型周期等工艺条件对塑化质量的影响,又分别分析了柱塞式注射装置、往复螺杆式注射装置、螺杆预塑式注射装置的塑化方式,进而得出不同的注射装置因其塑化方式等不同会使塑化质量也不相同。又通过注射装置中塑化部件螺杆对塑化质量的影响的分析,更明确螺杆转速与塑化质量的关系。然后对成型缺陷进行分析,明确其产生的原因并列出其解决措施。20605
注射模设计主要通过对镜头盖制件结构形状进行分析,明确塑料的特性,成型性能以及成型工艺参数,然后根据镜头盖的生产批量及结构形状尺寸决定采用一模四腔的模具,综合各方面选定合适的分型面,浇注系统,成型零件,侧抽机构,导向机构以及温度调节系统的确定等,本设计突出点在于采用弯销延迟侧抽芯机构、内侧抽机构与二级脱模机构相结合对塑件进行脱模。

Study of Injection Plasticizing Quality and Inject Mold Design of Lens Cover
Abstract: The topic is for study of injection plasticizing quality and inject mold design of lens cover.
Study of injection plasticizing quality mainly summarize and analyze the impact of molding process conditions and injection device for injection plasticizing quality ,where the analysis of the barrel temperature, plasticizing pressure (back pressure), screw speed, cycle time and other process conditions on the quality of plastics impact were analyzed and the plunger-type injection apparatus, the reciprocating screw injection unit of the screw pre-plasticizing type injection molding apparatus, and thus give different plasticizing injection device because different manner will also plasticized mass are not the same. And analyzed by injection device plasticizing screw parts plasticizing effect on the quality, the more clearly the relationship between the plasticizing screw speed and quality. Then the molding defects analyze the reasons which produces clear and lists their solutions.
Injection mold parts, mainly through structural shape of the lens cover to analyze specific properties of plastics, molding properties and molding process parameters, and then using the mold of a four-cavity mold production batches according to the lens cover and structural shapes and sizes decide, integrated all aspects selected suitable parting surface, gating system, molded parts, side pumping mechanism, guiding mechanism and determine the temperature control system, etc., the salient points of this design is the use of curved side core pulling off delay, and the secondary release mechanism inside pumping agencies be combined with mold plastic parts.
