    摘要随着现代反侦察技术的发展,水雾隐身技术也得到广泛的关注和重视。通过水雾对高温表面进行喷雾冷却和喷雾遮蔽,可以使高温部件达到较好的红外隐身。同时,喷雾冷却也在冶金、机械加工、能源和微电子散热方面有一定的应用。因为喷雾冷却换热机理复杂,影响因素众多,目前还需要进行更多的实验研究
    本论文搭建了开放式喷雾冷却实验系统,以水为工质,对单喷嘴和双喷嘴进行了不同工况下的无沸腾喷雾冷却实验研究。实验研究了喷射高度、角度、流量、入口水温、喷嘴与加热板水平距离等参数对喷雾冷却的影响。实验还研究了不同工况喷雾和冷却时对加热板红外遮蔽和红外冷却的效果。10859
    热电偶测温结果表明:一定范围内,竖直喷射时存在一个最佳高度,倾斜喷射时一定高度下存在一个较佳角度,使得喷雾冷却效果较好;一定范围内,流量和压力越大,入口温度越低,喷雾冷却效果越好。在一定的条件和前提下,有一个最佳喷雾冷却效果:喷雾30s后,加热板上热电偶平均温度由80℃降至27.4℃,热电偶温度方差值为12℃^2。红外热像分析显示:在一定条件下,喷雾20s时,斜向上喷雾型的喷嘴对于红外热像有附加冷却效果为1.5℃,对于红外热像有附加遮蔽面积为加热板面积的25%。喷雾40s后 ,斜向上喷雾型的喷嘴对于红外热像有附加冷却效果为1℃,对于红外热像有附加遮蔽面积为加热板面积的35%。

    Title    Spray Cooling Experimental Study of the High Temperature Part
    Abstract
    As the modern technology of anti-investigation is developing,the technology of water stealth has got wide attention and focus . With spray cooling and spray shadowing on it, the high temperature part can get into the good condition of infrared stealth.At the same time, Spray cooling technology is used in metallurgy、machining、energy and microelectronic fields. Spray cooling heat transfer mechanism is very complex because of its impact are many factors, is still a need for more  experimental studies.  
    In this paper, with water as working fluid ,a platform for spray cooling experiment was built. Different cases of non-boiling spray fog cooling with single nozzle and double nozzles were studied. In the spray cooling experiments, the influence of different parameters such as height, angle, flow, pressure, inlet water temperature and horizontal distance between nozzles and the heating plate was researched. Meanwhile, the effects of spray and cooling in different cases on infrared shadowing and infrared cooling over the heating plate were studied.     
    The results of the thermocouples theermometry showed that, within certain limits ,there was a optimum height in the condition of vertical spray and a relatively better angle corresponding to a certain height in the condition of inclination spray ,which made the results of spray and cooling better. within certain limits, when the flow and pressure became bigger , the inlet water temperature  became smaller,the the results of spray and cooling  would be better. within certain limits and preconditions,there was a optimum result: with spray After 30 seconds,the average temperature of the thermocouples on the heating plate dropped from 80℃ to 27.4℃ and the temperature variance of the thermocouples got into 12℃^2 .
    Analysis of infrared images showed that ,within certain limits, with spray After 20 seconds , nozzles using for spray could have an additional effect of 1.5℃ on spray cooling of the heating surface and an additional effect of 25% area of plate on spray shadowing over the heating plate. With spray After 40 seconds , nozzles using for spray could have an additional effect of 1℃ on spray cooling of the heating surface and an additional effect of 35% area of plate on spray shadowing over the heating plate.
