摘要本文主要针对海内外滚动功能部件产品的差距,总结了可靠性分析的三项指标:平均 故障间隔时间(MTBF)、有效精度保持时间和疲劳寿命;介绍了相关典型的系统可靠性 的模型,并对滚珠丝杠副和滚动直线导轨副进行了可靠性的建模;对滚动功能部件的失 效故障模式、影响及危害度等级进行了分析;研究设计了滚珠丝杆副和滚动直线导轨副 的可靠性测定试验、精度保持性试验、寿命试验和可靠性验收试验的方法及数据处理方 式。为今后滚动功能部件的可靠性研究给出一些思路。69395

Title The Reliability modeling and analysis of the rolling components
Abstract
Aiming at the gap of the rolling components at home and abroad, three indexes of reliability analysis were mainly recommended, including the mean time between failures(MTBF), effective precision retaining time and fatigue life. Firstly, related typical model of system reliability was introduced, and the reliability model of the ball screw pair and linear rolling guide pair was determined.Then, the failure mode, effect and harm degree level of the rolling components were analyzed. Meanwhile, the test method and data processing methods of reliability determination test, life test, reliability acceptance test and precision holding test were developed to study the ball screw pair and the linear rolling guide pair.Some ideas were given for the future research of the rolling components reliability.
