摘要：本研究探讨高中生学习责任心和成就动机的现状及关系，本研究采用问卷调查法，使用《成就动机量表》和《高中生学习责任心量表》对甘肃省平凉市平凉一中197名高中生进行调查。得出结果如下：(1)高中生成就动机、学习责任心水平符合正态分布。(2)在成就动机性别差异上，男生的成就动机分数高于女生；在追求成功动机上，男生追求成功分数高于女生，在避免失败动机上，女生分数高于男生；在学习责任心性别差异上，女生学习责任心平均分高于男性。(3)在成就动机上存在显著年级差异；在避免失败动机上存在显著年级差异；在学习责任心年级上存在显著年级差异。(4)学习责任心与成就动机总分、追求成功动机显著正相关。32951

The Study of the relationship between learning responsibility and the achievement motivation——gansu pingliangyizhong as an example
Abstract:This paper investigated the high school students achievement motivation and learning responsibility's condition and relationship,this survey adopts the way of questionnaire investigation.Using the achievement motivation scale and high school students learning responsibility scale,by investigating 200 high school students in Gan Su, PingLiang.Get the conclusion:1.Achievement motivation accord with normal distribution, High school students' learning responsibility is a normal distribution.2.On the gender differences,in achievement motivation male students' Achievement motivation higher than the female,in pursue succeed motivation male students' Achievement motivation higher than the female, in avoid failure motivation female,higher than than male.3. 前言
学习责任心和成就动机是影响学生学习的非智力因素，现代教育更喜欢学生们主动学习，而不在老师、家长的监督下进行。高中生是学生心理动荡时期，身心都在不断地发生变化，处于这一阶段自我意识高度发展，由于一些原因使高中生无法主动的进行学习。所以，了解这一阶段他们的学习责任心发展特点，并且进行有针对性的教育，可以使他们能更好的自主学习。成就动机则是一个人能否成功的关键因素，通过了解高中生的成就动机状况，可以知道什么样的环境下，学习责任心的增强可以使学生的成就动机被激发，这就需要进行进一步的探讨
