摘要:本论文研究了VERSACEPOURHOMME男士香水的仿制技术,利用GC—MS对市售商品进行分析,并结合感官评定,确定了仿样香水的香韵组成及香气特征,并在此基础上拟定了配方进行了仿制。通过实验不断对配方进行修正,最终得到优化后的香精配方,结果为:果香韵(1.3%~12.2%),花香韵(15.2%~23.2%),海洋香韵(8.6%~15.9%),青(清)滋香韵(40.6%~54.5%),豆香韵及辛香韵(0.6%~3.3%),木香-龙涎香韵(5.3%~16.6%),琥珀-膏香香韵(0.3%~1.1%),动物香韵(3.3%~5.4%)。经过三角测试,仿样香精的整体香气圆合、协调,并与香水样品的香气有一定的相似度。9567

Abstract: Abstract: Abstract: Abstract: With Versace Pour Homme men's fragrance as research object ,this paper stud ied on
the technology of imitation confirmed the notes composition and characteristic aroma by a
combinatorial method of GC - MS analysis and smelling-strip evaluation .And designed a
prescription to imitate . By adjusting the prescription again and again to get the final one.The
conclusions are as follows:fruity note:(1.3%~12.2%), floral note : (15.2 %~ 23.2 % ) , marin
note: ( 8.6%~15.9% ), green: ( 4 0.6%~54.5% ) , coumarine and spicy note: (0.6%~3.3%),wood-
ambergris note: (5.3%~16.6%),amber-extract note: (0.3%~1.1%),animal note:(3.3%~5.4%).
Though the triangle test,the aroma of the perfume is harmonious and graceful,and similar to
Versace Pour Homme.
