摘要磷酸树脂是带有官能团(有交换离子的活性基团)、具有网状结构、不溶性的高分子化合物。通常是球形颗粒物。功能:它能在液相中与带相同电荷的离子进行交换反应,此交换反应是可逆的,即可用适当的电解质冲洗,使树脂恢复原有状态,可供再次利用(再生)。
本设计的重要特点在于采用了磷酸树脂的一体化生产,采用低温聚合,降低生产成本、提高灵活性。结合原料和制品的要求,根据对聚合物树脂技术性能要求、单体的性质、聚合热的排除等原则,本设计选用半连续悬浮聚合工艺。该工艺在实际生产中有着多方面的优势,如:保证体系温度恒定和聚合反应平稳进行,避免放热高峰的出现;可有效控制悬浮聚合物的共聚组成;悬浮聚合物粒度、分子量分布较窄;悬浮聚合体系稳定性高;缩短生产周期,提高生产效率等。
本设计对生产磷酸树脂的主要生产设备进行了设备选型及设计,并确定了相应的技术参数。生产涉及的主要设备有反应釜、换热器、高位槽、过滤机、真空泵、计量泵等,根据实际生产条件,提供了所选设备和相应的生产厂家。其中,反应釜的选型和列管式换热器的设计是重点。本设计对反应釜的设计进行细化,囊括了材质、釜盖、搅拌、夹套、轴封等的选择。遵照实现工艺条件、安全可靠、经济合理、便于操作等原则,确定换热器的流程、流速、载热体、换热终温,并在估算换热面积的基础上,对换热器的工艺结构尺寸进行确定,完成列管式换热器的设计。
根据年产500吨磷酸树脂车间工艺设计进行了车间布置设计。本设计中,车间厂房采用长方形双层厂房。厂房的尺寸(长×宽×高)为18m×6m×10m。长方形厂房便于作全厂总平面布置,节约用地,方便设备排列,便于安排交通和出入口,有较多墙面提供给自然采光和通风设计使用。而磷酸树脂的厂房高度要求较高,采用双层厂房利用率高,并且本设计留有空间便于扩大生产。
