    摘要本文对P(AM-DAC)絮凝剂处理活性染料单组份模拟废水的处理工艺及机理进行了研究。用系列特征粘度、阳离子度P(AM-DAC) 絮凝剂对以活性艳蓝KN-R、活性红3BF、活性黄3RF配置的3种单组份模拟印染废水进行絮凝脱色烧杯实验,测不同投加量下脱色后溶液的上清液的色度及絮团Zeta电位。考察了染料自身结构(相对分子量、磺酸基团数目)与絮凝剂性质(特征粘度、阳离子度)对脱色效果及絮团Zeta电位的影响。实验结果表明:染料的相对分子质量越大、磺酸基团越多越容易被絮凝剂脱色;絮凝剂P(AM-DAC)特征粘度越高脱色率越大;阳离子度为50%、100%的絮凝剂脱色效果较70%的好;随着阳离子度的增加,最佳投加量范围变窄,脱色率均随着絮凝剂的增加而达到最佳点;絮团Zeta电位随着絮凝剂投加量的增大先稍有增大,到达最佳脱色率点后,絮团Zeta电位急剧升高。 因此,絮凝剂P(AM-DAC)的阳离子度、特征粘度及染料结构对絮凝实验有重要影响,在处理复杂多变的废水时,选择合适的絮凝剂有重大的意义。64293

    Title   The preliminary exploration of the process and mechanism of enhanced coagulation for wastewater treatment of reactive dye

    Abstract In this paper ,the treatment process and mechanism of the flocculant P(AM-DAC) decolorizing simulated reactive dye wastewater of single component were studied. Using the series of intrinsic viscosity and cationicity of flocculant P(AM-DAC), the jar experiments were used to treat three kinds of simulated dye wastewater with single component ,such as reactive brilliant blue KN-R, reactive red 3BF and reactive yellow 3RF. The chromaticity of the supernatant samples and  Zeta electric potential of the flocs were used for the criterions.

    The influence both the flocculants with different intrinsic viscosity and cationicity  and the dyes with different relative molecular mass and amount of sulfonic acid groups of decolorization effect were studied. 

    The experiment results showed that, the bigger relative molecular mass and the more sulfonic acid groups of the dye, the easier it could be decolorized.The decoloration effect of the flocculant of cationicity 50% and 100% were better than that of the 70%.With the increase of cationicity of flocculant, the range of its optimal dose changed to narrower. There was a optimal decolorization efficiency point for every kind of dye wasterwater companying with the dose changed.

    With the increase of the dose of flocculant ,the Zeta electric potential of the flocs first increased slowly, then it would increase suddenly after optimal decolorization efficiency point was reached. 

    Therefore,the cationicity, the intrinsic viscosity of flocculant P(AM-DAC) and the dye structure had an important influence on the decoloration effect. Choosing the appropriate flocculant had great important significance when decolorizing the wastewater.
