    摘要本文主要利用实验室全自动反应量热仪(RC1e)测试了合成过氧化甲乙酮反应过程中的热力学数据,研究了目标反应过程中热失控的危险性。同时加速度量热仪(ARC)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)又针对产物的二次分解反应的热危险性进行了探索。最终结合RC1e和ARC的数据对反应的热危险性进行评估。63765

    首先,DSC实验对标准情况下合成的过氧化甲乙酮三种不同样品的热危险性进行定性分析;然后利用ARC研究了反应产物体系的热分解行为,可以直接得到分解温度Tonset、分解热ΔH等数据,进而得到TMRad以及诱导期为24h所对应的温度TD24;而不同的加料速率和反应温度对产物合成过程中反应放热特性的影响采用RC1e研究,得到该反应热失控所能到达的最高温度(MTSR)以及绝热温升(ΔTad,rx)等参数;最后利用ARC数据和RC1e数据,对反应进行热危险性分析并划分热失控危险性等级。

    结果表明:合成的过氧化甲乙酮纯品,过氧化甲乙酮粗品和过氧化甲乙酮油相和水相混合物中,后者的起始分解温度最低,热稳定性差。其次是过氧化甲乙酮粗品;合成MEKP需要严格控制其工艺条件,尤其是反应温度会对此反应产生很大影响。当温度超过15℃时,反应的热失控危险等级被认定为第5级,是非常危险的情况;在20℃时,其风险矩阵评估为“频繁发生的”。因此应在保证生产安全的前提下进一步优化反应的工艺条件,以达到最佳的经济效益达。

    Title:The Selection about the Synthesis Reaction Temperature and Feed Rate of Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide 

    Abstract In this paper, Reaction Calorimeter(RC1e) was used to measure the thermodynamics parameters of the synthesis reaction of methyl ketone peroxide to find out the risk of thermorunaway during the reaction.In addition, Accelerating Rate Calorimeter (ARC) and differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC) were aimed to study the secondary decomposition characterizations of the products.As a result,evaluating the thermal runaway criticality of the reaction by using the datum from ARC and RC1e.

    First of all,the quantitative analysis of the thermal hazards to three different samples produced at the normal condition were studied by DSC.Then ARC was the device to study the thermal decomposition of the products in order to get some basic data such as onset decomposition temperature(Tonset) and heat of reaction(ΔH),then analyze TMRad and the temperature when the explosion happened on 24h(TD24). Then carrying out a series of experiments  with RC1e to study the influence of several parameters, such as dosing time and reaction temperature on the exothermic character of the synthesis reactions.Some parameters such as maximum temperature of synthetic reaction(MTSR) and adiabatic temperature increase of batch reaction( ) were also obtained .Finally,the datum from ARC and RC1e were combined to study the risk class of thermal runaway criticality.

    The results indicate that among the sterling,crude product and mixture of MEKP oil and water.,the mixture had the lowest Tonset and poorest thermal stability,which was followed by crude product.The process conditions of the synthetic reaction should be severely controlled.The reaction temperature has a significant influence on the reaction process.Its risk class of thermal runaway reaction is class 5 when the temperature is above 15℃,which is very dangerous.And when the temperature is 20℃,the result of risk evaluation matrix turns to be"frequent".To reach the best economic benefit,further optimizing the processing condition on assuring the security of the process of producting should be developed, .
