摘要本文对PDMDAAC阳离子水凝胶溶胀性能进行了研究。首先,在前期实验研究基础上,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(Bis)为交联剂制备了平衡溶胀度分别为305、1113和1397的均聚物PDMDAAC阳离子水凝胶。然后,以产物在盐溶液中的溶胀度为考察指标,分别研究了wt(NaCl)在0~10.0%、摩尔浓度为0.0017mol/L时不同阳离子种类(NaCl、BaCl2、AlCl3)、阴离子种类(NaCl、Na2SO4、Na3PO4)和乙醇与水混合溶液体积比为1:1、1:2和1:3时PDMDAAC水凝胶的溶胀行为,得到了各条件下的溶胀动力学方程。研究表明,PDMDAAC水凝胶的溶胀度随盐溶液质量分数的增加而减小,溶胀速率和溶胀决定因素也随之改变。水凝胶的溶胀度和溶胀速率与溶剂的离子价态有关。随着乙醇/水混合液中乙醇含量的减少,溶胀度逐渐增大,溶胀速率也逐渐增大,溶胀决定因素由水的扩散变为高分子链的松弛运动的趋势。63649

Title The Study on the Effects of Solution Property on the Swelling Performance of Polydimethyldiallylammonium Chloride
Abstract
The effects of solution property on the swelling performance of polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) were studied in this paper. Firstly, based on the previous work, a serials of cationic polyacrylamide hydrogel PDMDAAC were synthesized by the copolymerization using DMDAAC as monomer, ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide (Bis) as a crosslinker. Their swelling degrees were 305, 1113 and 1397, respectively. Then, the swelling behaviors of theses samples in different solution were investigated, when were the wt(NaCl) range from 0 to 10.0%, the cationic salts as NaCl, BaCl2 and AlCl3 (c=0.0017mol/L), and the anionic salts selected as NaCl, Na2SO4, Na3PO4 (c=0.0017mol/L), ethanol/water ratio from 1:1, 1:2 to 1:3, respectively.The results showed that the swelling degree of the samples decreased, their swelling rate and rate determining step changed with the increase of salts content in solution. The swelling degree and swelling rate were possiblely associated with ion valence of the satls in solution. As the ratio of ethanol/water reduced, the swelling degree increased gradually, and swelling rate also gradually increased, swelling rate determining step changed from the diffusion of water to the polymer chain relaxation.
