摘要:本设计的题目为年产1000吨洗模胶车间工艺设计。半导体封装成型用的模具由于频繁性的接触封装物环氧树脂及其复合物,模具内表面会沉积封装物,而这种封装物的粘性比较强,不易脱离模具,长期使用后,会导致封装物成型后表面质量不合格,对封装效果会有比较大的影响,因此必须要针对这种情况设计和发明有效的清模工艺或者生产清洗模具的产品对其进行清洗和保护。本设计所采用的工艺流程是一方面将购买的生胶进行切胶操作,切割成适宜运输和投料的大小,另一方面是将配合剂进行预处理,例如干燥、筛选等操作后,均称量好一次的投料量,一次性的投入密炼机中进行混炼,混炼3-4分钟即可,然后排胶同时冷却,再经过开炼机进行下片操作,送往胶料冷却、停放处停放8小时后,由于停放时间比较长,胶料已经失去了塑性流动性,所以在取出后,需要在开炼机上进行热炼,由于设计的是一个小型工厂,为节约成本,所以省去压延机压延步骤,直接采用开炼机实施压延过程的操作,最后经过切片机切割成产品最终的尺寸,送往成品仓库进行存放。本设计的主要内容包括:1)生产工艺流程确定;2)成型工艺配方确定;3)成型工艺条件确定;4)定型设备的选型及非定型设备的设计;5)物料衡算和能量衡算;6)工艺流程图(绘制车间平面布置图);7)非工艺设计(土建设计、供电设计、动力设计、排烟除尘设计、胶料快速检验站、保全室、设备维修站等)。设计所得成果为设计说明书。61826

Abstract: The topic of the design is a workshop process design of the cleaning mold rubber with an annual output of 1,000 tons. The deposited encapsulant in the pattern of the semiconductor package is due to the frequent contact with the encapsulant epoxy resin and its composites, and the viscosity of this encapsulant is relatively strong, separate from the pattern difficultly, the long-term used of the pattern leads to the substandard surface quality of the encapsulant, have a relatively large impact on the packaging effect, so, it is necessary to design or invent an effective cleaning mold process or cleaning mold production to solve this situation, and protect the pattern. The design process is on the one hand to cut the raw rubber in the first place, cut to fit the size of the transport and feeding capacity, on the other hand the complexing agent pretreated, such as drying, screening operations, weigh the inventory of the rubber and the complexing agent for one time, all put into the internal mixer to mixing, about 3-4 minutes, then discharge the mixed rubber and cool down simultaneously, roll refining by the open mill, sent to the cooling and parking station to park for 8 hours, because of the parking time is long, the mixed rubber has lost the plastic liquidity, so it’s necessary to make the mixed rubber warming by the open mill, the designed factory is small, to save the costing, so there's no need to use the calender, instead of calender by using an open mill, calender the mixed rubber by the open mill, finally, the product with the microtome is cut into a predetermined size, sent to the finished product warehouse for storage. The main content of the design include: 1) production process determine;2) forming process formula determine; 3) forming process conditions determine; 4) stereotypes equipment of selection and the non-stereotypes equipment of design; 5) material calculation and energy calculation; 6) process figure (draws workshop plane layout figure); 7) non-process design (civil design, and power design, and dynamic design, and row smoke dust design, and rubber material fast test station, and guardhouse, and equipment maintenance station, and so on). The result of the design is the design specifications.
