According to the determined process, this design through to structures (including the grille,water-collecting well, distribution well, the rotational flow grit chamber, triple type oxidation ditch, ultraviolet disinfection and sludge thickening pool) of the main dimensions of the design calculation, hydraulic loss and calculation of pipeline, completed the design process description, process flow diagram (including the deployment of high-rise), plant layout and the main structures monomer chart.
The project is technically feasible, economically reasonable, the project investment and processing costs are low.The cost of investment is 49.81 million yuan, the operating cost is 0.36 yuan /m3.
Wastewater treated to meet The Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB18918-2002),the B standard of first level,BOD5≦20mg/ L,CODcr≦60mg/ L,SS≦20mg/ L,NH3-N≦8mg/ L,pH=6~9. After treatment with oxidation ditch process is expected to emission CODcr 3942 tons per year, so that pollution of the water quality can be greatly improved by the recipient, eliminate pollution, protect the environment.
