摘要:由于造纸行业用水量大,而造纸企业的水资源利用率低,对日益缺乏的水资源造成了严重威胁。同时造纸行业是污染水环境的主要行业,污染负荷重,治理困难,给生态环境造成了严重的破坏,所以经济高效的处理工艺对企业具有十分重要的意义。现以某造纸厂处理造纸废水工程为例,介绍了物化+生化+深度处理组合工艺处理造纸排放废水的运行效果及工艺参数。运行结果表明:物化+生化+深度处理组合工艺对造纸废水具有理想的处理效果,能够去除废水中的主要污染物 COD、BOD5、SS,可使出水中CDO、BOD5、SS各项指标均达到设计要求,出水水质稳定,且满足《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》的要求。61738

Abstract: Since the fact that the water consumption in paper-making industry is too high,and the water resource utilization ratio in paper-making enterprises is too low has seriously threatened water resources which are getting less and less. Furthermore,paper-making has been the main industry causing pollution for water environments,resulting in heavy pollution load,difficult management and serious damage to ecological environments. Therefore,the economic and efficient treatment technology is of important significance to enterprises. Taking the project of paper-making waste water treatment at a paper-making company as example,the operation efficiency and process parameters of the combined process,physio ,chemistry,biochemistry and deep treatment ,are intro-introduced. The operation results show that this combined process has optimal treatment effect on paper-making waste water. It can remove the main pollutants COD,BOD5 and SS from waste water. The removing results of them in effluent are as follows:COD,BOD5 and SS. All of the indexes have reached the designed requirements,and the effluent water quality has been steady,meeting the requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry .
