摘要教学能力是教师能力的核心成分,直接影响教育教学的质量。教师教学能力的有效培养和提高,需要充分认识教学能力的主要成分。本课题采用调查的方法,系统分析国内外大量文献基础上,结合开放式问卷调查及访谈,提炼出化学教师教学能力的89个要素,编制问卷量表对103位化学师范生和79位中学教师进行问卷调查,利用SPSS21对调查所得结果进行统计分析。研究发现教师和学生都在知识与应用、情意培养、教学反思,实验和个人与发展等几个方面的评分较高,说明教师和学生比较看重几个方面所包含的能力,而对于教学媒体、科技方面的评分不高。其次从对教师和学生的对比以及不同教龄和学历的老师的对比研究发现,教师更加注重教学设计,研究和教学创新以及实际课堂中队学生学习兴趣的引导。而师范生的认知大部分仅仅停留在理论层面,缺乏实际教学经验。最后通过研究结果对中学化学教师教学能力和化学师范生培养提供若干意见、策略。61371

Abstract Teaching ability is the core component of teachers' ability, which directly affects the quality of teaching and learning. Effective training and improvement of teachers' teaching ability need to fully understand the main components of teaching ability. The subject of using investigation method, a systematic analysis of the large number of domestic and foreign literatures, combined with open questionnaire survey and interviews, to extract the 89 elements of Chemistry Teachers' teaching ability, questionnaire table questionnaires were administered to 103 chemical teachers and 79 secondary school teachers, SPSS21 resulted from the investigation results were statistically analyzed. Study found that teachers and students are in the knowledge and application of emotion and culture, reflective teaching, experiments and personal development and etc. several aspects of the higher scores, that teachers and students value contained in several aspects, and the score for the teaching media, science and technology is not high. Secondly from comparison of teachers and students and different seniority and education background of teacher of a comparative study found that teachers pay more attention to the instructional design and the learning interest of the students with research and teaching innovation and practical classroom squadron guide. However, most of the students' cognition is only in the theoretical level and lack of practical teaching experience. Finally, through the research results, it provides some suggestions and strategies for the teaching ability of the middle school chemistry teachers and the training of the normal students.
