摘要:硫酸盐镀锡工艺生产成本低,原料易得,相比其他几种镀锡体系具有明显的优势,但使用硫酸亚锡作主盐,硫酸作导电盐,单纯的从这种简单的镀液中所获得的镀层疏松、发暗,加入某些添加剂通过提高镀液的性能,便可以获得结晶致密、光滑平整的镀层。本试验采用赫尔槽试验法,在硫酸亚锡和硫酸所配制成的基础镀液中,加入添加剂苄叉丙酮、甲醛、OP-10、OP-21,通过单因素优化试验的方法确定了最佳添加剂组合,并讨论了镀液中的硫酸亚锡、硫酸和添加剂的作用;且确定了电镀工艺的最佳条件。实验结果表明:通过由30g·L-1硫酸亚锡、80mL·L-1硫酸、0.4g·L-1苄叉丙酮、 7g·L-1OP-21、3mL·L-1甲醛组成的镀锡镀液,在20℃、电流强度为1.2安培下施镀10分钟所获得的镀层结晶细致、光亮。58423

Research on new method of bright acid tin plating
Abstract:The cost of sulfate tin plating’s production is low and easy to get its raw material.Compared to other methods of tin plating,sulfate tin plating has obvious advantage.By using stannous sulfate as main salt,sulfuric as the conducting salt,only can get dull and rough deposits through this simple electrolytes.After adding some additive which can improve the performance of electrolytes,a compact ,fine-grained and bright deposit will be formed. In this study,by using Hull cell test,add formaldehyde,benzylideneacetone,OP-10 and OP-21 to the basic tin plating electrolytes which consists of stannous sulfate and sulfate.And change each component content in solution,process condition(electric current and temperature) to find the best way to get a compact and bright deposit.Effects of each element on appearance of tin deposits was also studied.The results of experiments show by using the group of tin plating electrolytes which is composed of 30g·L-1 stannous sulfate,80mL·L-1 sulfate, 0.4g·L-1 benzylideneacetone, 7g·L-1OP-21 and 3mL·L-1 formaldehyde, under the condition which the plating temperature is 20℃ and the electric current is 1.2A,after platin for 10 min, a fine-grained and bright deposit was obtained.
