摘要: 防晒产品能有效阻隔或吸收日光中的紫外线,涂抹防晒产品能预防或延缓皮肤光老化。为量化两者之间的联系与作用及探究防晒产品对延缓光老化导致的皮肤生理变化是否具有规律性,通过对上海地区265名女性受试者按年龄段划分,以是否使用防晒产品为条件分为两组,测定其皮肤参数,借助实验数据进行分析比较。结果显示使用防晒产品在不同年龄段均可改善皮肤状态,两组间前额水分含量、手臂内侧前部EI值及面部a值(18-25岁);前额水合度、皮肤表面参数SESM和SEW(26-35岁);手臂柔软度(36-45岁);面部平滑深度(46-55岁);R5-Face(56-63岁)皆存在显著性差异。结果表明防晒产品对延缓皮肤光老化作用存在一定规律性,青年时期作用于皮肤角质层,同时对真皮层有一定影响,中青年时期主要向皮肤真皮层跨度,中老年时期则表现在皮肤纹理及弹性方面。58054

Study of the prevention of skin photoaging by using sunscreens
Abstract: Sunscreens can effectively block or absorb ultraviolet radiation which from the sunlight. Apply sunscreens may prevent or postpone the skin photoaging. To find out the relationship between sunscreens and skin photoaging and investigate the regularity about whether using sunscreens will change the skin condition that caused by the skin photoaging, we pide 265 shanghai female subjects into two groups according to use sunscreens or not, also disaggregated by age. Mensurate their skin parameter and analysis the experiment data. The results show that sunscreens can improve the skin condition in different ages: forehead’s water content, EI-arm and a-face (in the 18 to 25 years age group); forehead’s water content, skin surface parameters (in the 26 to 35 years age group); arm’s softness (in the 36 to 45 years age group); M_R4-face (in the 46 to 55 years age group); R5-face (in the 56 to 63 years age group). It is concluded that there exists a regularity of the preventive effects. Sunscreens primarily protect the stratum corneum and also influence the dermis layer in youth. The effects are gradually changing over to dermis in the young and middle-aged stage. And in middle-aged and old age, the prevention is mainly reflected on skin texture and elasticity.
