摘 要:工业生产过程中常产生大量含有较高浓度CO2的烟道气,烟道气中还会含有未燃烧完全的CO,排放的同时还会携带有大量的工业废热。烟道气的排出常会对环境带来较大的污染。生物柴油通常是指以油脂为原料与醇类经酯交换作用获得的单烷基脂肪酸酯,主要用作车用优质柴油或与石化柴油调配使用,或可用作机械加工润滑油,优质的溶剂等。本项目设计主要是以工业生产过程中所产生的大量烟道气为原料,来二级处理生活污水培养工程微藻,并提炼微藻油合成生物柴油,同时副产环氧氯丙烷。根据产品市场需求和产品性质及企业自身实际情况考虑,本项目产品生产规模为20万吨生物柴油。从而实现以制油微藻的光合作用吸收燃煤电厂烟道气中的CO2,并释放O2,再结合生物柴油制备技术联产生物柴油,满足节能减排的同时,创造经济价值,改善环境质量,缓解温室效应。57695

Abstract: Produce a large number of industrial processes often contain high concentrations of CO2 in the flue gas in the flue gas will contain unburned complete CO, also while carrying a large discharge of industrial waste heat . Exhaust flue gas often would bring greater environmental contamination . Biodiesel usually refers to oil as raw material mono-alkyl esters of fatty acids with alcohols obtained by transesterification , mainly used vehicle with high-quality diesel and petroleum diesel deployment or use , or can be used as machining oil , high-quality solvent. The project design is mainly based on industrial production process generated a lot of flue gas as raw material to develop secondary treatment of sewage works microalgae and microalgae oil refining biodiesel , while production of epichlorohydrin . According to market demand and the nature of products and consider their own actual situation , the production scale of this project is 20 million tonnes of biodiesel . Enabling microalgae photosynthesis absorbs oil fired power plant flue gas CO2, and release O2, combined with biodiesel biodiesel cogeneration technology to meet energy conservation while creating economic value, improve environmental quality alleviate the greenhouse effect.
