摘要:本文概述了氧化亚铜(Cu2O) 的应用及氧亚化铜超细颗粒的特性、工艺进展、表征手段;研究以企业现有产品氯化亚铜为原料,采用液相还原法制备高纯纳米氧化亚铜粉体小试工艺,为企业现有产品开发下游高端产品,采用XRD、EMS、IR对产物进行了表征。液相沉淀法的制备成本低、设备简单、操作易行,化学计量性良好,而且产品的粒度范围有较宽的分布,这确保了氧化亚铜晶粒可控性。依据小试工艺和查阅到的相关参数,然后再在物料衡算、热量衡算基础上进行设备选型、车间布置,最后经CAD软件绘制了工艺流程图、车间布置图。以此来为企业的工艺设计技术提供贮备。 57443

Preparation of cuprous oxide reduction of small test and the designation of the Production
Abstract: This article outlines the characteristics of cuprous oxide (Cu2O) and the application of ultrafine particles in cuprous oxide, technology advances characterization techniques;research the company's existing products cuprous chloride as raw materials were prepared by liquid-phase reduction method of high purity nano cuprous oxide powder small test technology for the company's existing product development downstream of the high-end products, the use of XRD, EMS, IR of the product was characterized.
