摘 要:本设计重点是针对某冷轧厂技改项目进行环境影响评价,主要是对其建设过程及其建成后对周围环境的影响进行评价。结合建设项目所在地的自然社会环境概况,在环境质量现状调查评价、工程分析的基础上,综合运用所学的相关学科知识,按照国家相关法律法规,技术导则对项目施工期以及运营期可能造成的环境影响进行分析、预测和评价,并提出相应的措施来降低或减免不利环境影响,最后得出评价的结论和建议,从而形成该建设项目的环境影响报告表。54131

Abstract:This design is focused on environmental impact assessment in a cold rolling mill project, is mainly to evaluate the impact on the surrounding environment and its construction process and its completion.
