摘要本文针对目前使用的飞片式无起爆药雷管的缺点设计了使用新激发装置的雷管,研究了飞片直径和厚度及雷管底部装药条件对雷管爆轰性能的影响;根据通断法原理设计了飞片速度测试装置,研究了飞片厚度对飞片速度的影响。本研究结果表明:(1)使用新激发装置的雷管能够发生爆轰,可靠作用;(2)当飞片厚度在0.1-0.3 mm范围内时,随着厚度增加,飞片起爆能力增强;直径相同时,厚度为0.2 mm、0.3 mm的飞片能够可靠起爆雷管底部装药,飞片厚度0.1 mm时,雷管发生半爆。(3)雷管底部中间药有合适装药高度和药密范围,当中间药装药高度不低于2 mm,并且密度在0.86-1.41 g.cm-3范围内中间装药便能够可靠起爆雷管;(4)厚度为0.1mm飞片在加速距离为2mm时,速度达1.315 mm/us。随着飞片厚度的增加,飞片速度迅速降低。

Title Study on the key technology of the non initiating explosive
Abstract
Considering the disadvantages of low initiating capacity of flyer, flying plate detonator with new flyer excitation device was designed. The influences of factors on detonation property were researched by lead disc test,such as diameter and thickness of flyer and charge conditions of medium charge. Velocity of flyer was measured by device based on the on-off approach. The results show that: (1) Detonator with new excitation device can lead to detonate and work reliably; (2) Within range of 0.1-0.3 mm in thickness,the initiating capacity of flyer is larger with the increase of thickness。With same diameter,0.2 mm or 0.3 mm flyer can lead to detonation and 0.1 mm cannot; (3) With low height or large density,medium charge can cause non-steady detonation。The appropriate density is 0.86-1.41 g·cm-3 and the proper height should not lower than 2 mm; (4) 0.1mm flyer get 1.315 mm/us at 2mm acceleration distance. With the increase of thickness,velocity decreases rapidly.
