    摘要:本文采用的是乙酰丙酮分光光度法测量新车内甲醛的成分,并确定了最佳实验方法,提出一个敏锐度高,简洁便利、快速检测微量甲醛的方法。这种方法是:先提取汽车中皮革样品(将确定尺寸和质量的试样吊挂于密封的放有纯净水的1 L聚乙烯瓶中,在一定气温下维持一定的时辰,被纯净水接收的甲醛溶液与铵离子和显色剂乙酰丙酮反应产生黄色的络合物——二乙酰基二氢卢剔啶(DDL)。结果表明:处于乙酰丙酮中的甲醛溶液,用分光光度计测吸光度时我们能够清晰地发现在最大波长位于412nm处时,进行甲醛的显色反应时,采用水浴60℃加热显色,最佳显色时间为15min。检出浓度范围为0.1ug/ml到2.5ug/ml,检出下限是0.009ug/ml,回归方程为:Y=0.1796X+0.0131,相关系数r2=0.9995。此法用于新车内微量甲醛的检测鉴定,与其他方法如酚试剂法相对比乙酰丙酮与甲醛的反应灵敏,可以在较高及较低的甲醛浓度范围内较为准确的测量甲醛浓度,线性关系良好。因此采用此方法得到了理想的效果。48971

    Management and content analysis of formaldehyde in new car

    Abstract:This article makes use of the Acetylene acetone spectrometer method to determinate the formaldehyde content in new car,and evaluate the uncertainty of this method to provide scientific basis for the rationality of laboratory quality control and test report. This method is to extract the car leather samples (will determine the size and quality of the specimen on the seal of a pure water 1 l polyethylene bottle in a certain temperature to maintain a certain hour,  pure water is received formaldehyde solution and ammonium ions and chromogenic agent acetylacetone reaction to produce yellow complex of acetyl dihydrogen lutidine (DDL). The results show that: in acetylacetone formaldehyde solution by spectrophotometry photometer absorbent when we can clearly found in the wavelength of maximum located at 412 nm, the color reaction of formaldehyde with 60 DEG C water bath heating color, the best chromogenic time is 15min. Detection concentration are ranging from 0.1ug / ml to 2.5ug/ml, the detection limit is 0.009ug/ml, the regression equation is: Y=0.1796X+0.0131, correlation coefficient r2=0.9995. Method for detection and identification of Trace Formaldehyde in new car compare to other methods such as phenol reagent method is more sensitive and can be in high and low formaldehyde concentration range. The more accurate measurement of formaldehyde concentration, the linear relationship is better. Therefore, this method is used to obtain the ideal effect.
