摘要:本文以喹啉硫酸氢根离子和喹啉硫酸根液体为缓蚀剂,拟通过静态挂片实验研究此离子液体在HCl溶液中对钢片的缓释性能,探索离子液体的选择和离子液体浓度的选择对缓蚀效果的影响。实验结果表明,喹啉硫酸根对1mol/LHCl溶液中的钢缓蚀作用较为显著,且离子液体浓度为15mmol/L 时,缓蚀效果最好。离子液体浓度对铝箔的腐蚀效果有重要影响。离子液体浓度的增加,对金属缓蚀的速率存在的现象为先增强后降低,表面稀盐酸对该缓蚀剂有协同增强效应,离子液体浓度较小时,缓蚀效率变化显著。高温离子液体仍表现出良好的腐蚀缓蚀剂性质,离子液体在铝箔上吸附符合L.angmuir公式,分析结果与实验测量值基本一致。48127

Study on corrosion inhibition performance of ionic liquids
Abstract: In this paper, quinoline hydrogen sulfate and sulfate in liquid quinoline as a corrosion inhibitor, this quasi experimental study ionic liquids through the static coupon in HCl solution for sustained performance of steel, explore options and an ionic liquid concentration of ionic liquids selection on the inhibition effect. Experimental results show that the quinoline sulfate of 1mol / LHCl solution steel corrosion inhibition is more significant, and the ionic liquid concentration of 15mmol / L, the inhibition effect is best. Ionic liquid concentration has an important influence on the corrosion effects of aluminum foil. Increasing the ionic liquid concentration, the presence of metal corrosion rate of reinforcing phenomenon after the first decrease, the surface with dilute hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor synergistic enhancement effect is small ionic liquid concentration, the inhibition efficiency varies significantly. High-temperature ionic liquids still exhibit good corrosion inhibitor properties of ionic liquids adsorbed on aluminum foil in line with L.angmuir formula, the results with the experimental values are basically the same.
