摘要:抗生素的滥用已经引起了重视。本文针对地表水体中抗生素污染问题,建立了地表水体中多种抗生素的HPLC-MS/MS分析方法和前处理方法,采用所建立的分析方法对太浦河中抗生素浓度含量进行研究。分析方法采用Waters XEvo TQ-S micro超高压液相色谱—质谱联用仪建立,前处理方法采用HLB固相萃取柱对目标物进行富集浓缩。该方法线性相关性均大于0.99、LOD均低于0.2 ng/L,回收率均大于80%,说明该方法能够很好的对地表水体中多种抗生素进行分析。采用该方法对太浦河流域抗生素取样分析结果表明,7种目标抗生素在地表水体中均有检出,其浓度均在ng/L水平,磺胺间甲氧嘧啶的平均浓度最高(47.17 ng/L),其次是磺胺氯哒嗪(19.99 ng/L)。47251

Establishment and validation of analytical method on 7 antibiotics in surface water
Abstract :The abuse of antibiotics has been one of the hot topics. In this article, through the experiment established a variety of antibiotics in the surface water pretreatment method and instrument analysis method, and the concentration of antibiotics in TaiPu River content were analyzed by the analytical method. Instrument analysis method was performed on the Waters XEvo TQ-S micro HPLC-MS/MS system. And HLB cartridge was used in the pre-treatment method. The linear correlation were greater than 0.99, LOD method are less than 0.2 ng/L and the recovery were greater than 80%, shows that this method can very good analysis of many kinds of antibiotics in the surface water. Then the surface water in TaiPu River watershed were sampled and the concentrations of the antibiotics were analyzen by the method. The results showed that all 7 antibiotics were detected in the surface water, and all the concentrations were in ng/L levels, sulfanilamide between a oxygen pyrimidine has the highest average concentration (47.17 ng/L), followed by chlorine pyridazine sulfanilamide (19.99 ng/L).
