设计说明书摘要:本次设计的内容是对一万吨润滑油厂的生产车间以及工艺流程进行设计计算。最近几年,全世界的润滑油的年产量一般都会维持在7000万吨以上,润滑脂的年产量也都维持在300万吨上下。中国2014年的润滑油消费量达到了600万吨,创造了超过400亿的销售总收入额,中国成为了仅次于美国,超过了俄罗斯的第二大润滑油的消费国,润滑油脂产量也接近了10万吨。根据企业不同性质,目前在我国生产润滑油脂可以划分三个部分:第一:国重要骨干企业,例如中石化和中石油,大约占市场比例的60%份额;其次是国外的品牌,约20%;剩下来的20%是的民营企业。如此庞大的市场规模中,昆仑、长城等大批国产油在整体市场份额优势明显,而美孚、加德士、等国际品牌占据了高端油市场的份额。本次设计的目的是,要求查阅国内外相关资料,了解润滑油的生产方法及工厂的设计,通过查阅主要的工艺设计数据参考书和相关期刊,进行工艺流程的能量衡算,物料衡算,并且选取设备,最后用计算机制图软件绘制出带有工艺控制点的工艺流程图、设备图和装置图。43496
