    摘要研究了石墨烯、β成核剂NB328分别加入聚丙烯(PP)中及二者复合加入对PP结晶行为与力学性能的影响。用正交偏光显微镜、X射线衍射、DSC等方法对PP结晶形貌和力学性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,石墨烯是一种聚丙烯α晶型成核剂,可使α球晶尺寸减小,结晶温度升高。当石墨烯的含量为0.010wt%时,PP结晶性能最好,结晶度最大同时温度提高约3℃;聚丙烯力学性能此时亦为最优,拉伸强度提高了14%。NB328可诱导聚丙烯形成β晶相同时球晶尺寸减小,结晶峰温度提高。NB328最佳含量为0.100wt%,此时体系中β晶相含量(Kβ)达72.50%,此时力学性能最优。用正交实验法研究石墨烯/NB328复合成核剂在聚丙烯中的作用情况。结果表明,复合成核剂中β成核剂的含量是影响体系力学性能和结晶行为的主要因素。复合成核剂的最佳配比为石墨烯含量0.010wt%,NB328 0.200wt%,此时聚丙烯结晶性良好,力学性能最优。42540

    Title The Influence of Nucleating Agent on The Crystallization  Behavior of Polypropylene (PP)

    Abstract

    The influence of the β-nucleating agent and graphene on the crystallization and properties of PP were studied respectively. The mechanical properties,strueture charaeteristies of different PP system and the β-phase content of β-nucleated PP were determined by Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC),polarized optical microscope(POM)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD). The results indicated that the crystallization temperature(Tc) of graphene/PP system was increased while the spherulite size obviously decreased compared with that of net PP. So did the  β-nucleated PP. The best content of graphene was 0.010wt%. The content of β-phase (K βvalue) can reach as high as 72.50% with only 0.100wt% of NB328 addition. By orthogonal experimental method , to add β-nucleating agent and graphene a different proportion of polypropylene at the same time,The results showed that the concentration of β-nucleating agent was the main factor of mechanical properties and crystallization behavior. The optimum concentration of additive was  β-nucleating agent 0.010wt% and graphene 0.200wt%,while the mechanical properties and strueture charaeteristies were optimal。
