摘要:本项目应用了全新的工艺路线,用纤维素制取乙二醇,此路线清洁新颖,有且仅有小试的完成。此生产路线可分为原料预处理车间、乙二醇生产车间和混乙二醇分离车间。此论文将主要讨论乙二醇的精制工段,即将反应工段得到的醇类混合物中的山梨醇及1,2-丙二醇除去,用闪蒸塔将沸点低的山梨醇除去,而后经过共沸塔共沸精馏后除去1,2-丙二醇制得高纯度的乙二醇产品。文中将涉及共沸塔、闪蒸塔的设计优化,数据核算;Aspen plus的软件模拟;塔效益的核算;共沸剂的选择等相关内容。42562

The Purified Ethylene Glycol Section for 300000 tons/year of Biomass
Abstract:This project apply the new process route which is direct catalytic conversion of cellulose into ethylene glycol. This new clean route was only applied on small test over the world. This production route can be pided into raw material pretreatment plant, ethylene glycol production plant and glycol mixture’s separation plant. This paper will mainly discuss the ethylene glycol purification section, and remove the impurity substance of sorbitol and 1,2-propylene glycol which is the production of the reaction plant. After these azeotropic process, the high purity ethylene glycol products can be gained. This project will involve the design and accounting data of azeotropic tower and the flash column tower, the simulation process of the calculation software Aspen Plus, the selection of azeotrope and some relevant content.
