摘要:本文采用高温固相合成法制备锆酸盐陶瓷粉材料,合成了Y、Dy、Mg和Ce掺杂的Sm2Zr2O7陶瓷材料。反映了合成温度以及不同稀土离子掺杂对陶瓷材料性能的影响。并对材料进行了XRD、扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、硬度和热膨胀系数等方面的分析。可知在掺杂Y、Dy、和Mg离子后的产品是与Sm2Zr2O7相同的烧绿石结构,但掺杂不同摩尔比的Zr和Ce会使产物结构发生一定的改变,即当Zr/Ce=7:3时,产物结构不为烧绿石结构。离子的掺杂可以改变Sm2Zr2O7的形貌特征,比如使孔隙结构减小,粒子结合更紧密。 而且温度越高,产品的致密性越大。掺杂离子可以增大Sm2Zr2O7¬陶瓷粉的硬度。离子的掺杂可以不同程度上改变Sm2Zr2O7的热膨胀系数。由于尚未有大量锆酸钐陶瓷粉材料的相关研究,故而锆酸钐陶瓷粉以其优良的性能在将来会成为研究的热点。37080

Research on the properties of zirconate samarium ceramic powder doped with rare earths ions
Abstract: In this article, zirconate samarium ceramic powder was prepared by the reaction of high temperature solid-phase, and made Sm2Zr2O7 ceramic power doped with kinds of metal ions, such as Y, Dy, Mg and Ce. The research shows the effection to the ceramic powder properties according to the varieties of the ions doped with. XRD, SEM, IR, rigidity test, and the coefficient of thermal expansion are also experimented. The experiments show that the pyrochlore-type structure can’t be changed if mingled with Y, Dy, and Mg, but some kinds of ratio of Zr and Ce can change the pyrochlore-type structure of Sm2Zr2O7, when the ratio of Zr and Ce is 7:3, the sample dosen’t have pyrochlore-type structure. Ions doping can change zirconate samarium appearance characteristics, such as reduce pore structure, the particals g combine closer. The doping of the ions can elevate the compactness of Sm2Zr2O7 ceramic power and the compactness will clevate with the elevating of the temperature. The doping of the ions can clevate the rigidity of Sm2Zr2O7. The doping of the ions can change the coefficient of thermal expansion of Sm2Zr2O7 in varying degrees. Because there are still not many research reports about zirconate samarium ceramic powder, according to it’s excellent properties, it will be the research emphasis in the future.
