    摘要:农药作为防治病虫害的一种重要工具,每年可为全世界挽回巨大的农作物损失以及经济损失。传统的杀虫剂在快速处理害虫,确保农作物的丰收和人类的健康等等方面做出了相当卓越的贡献。但与此同时,由于人们对杀虫剂的不合理的使用,再者有一些杀虫剂本身本来就有的缺点,引发了许许多多问题:比如残留问题、对环境造成污染的问题、对生态产生的负面影响问题、对生物健康状况的负面作用问题等等。随着人类环境保护意识的日渐加强,人类对赖以生存的生态环境质量要求愈来愈高,我们需要设计出更多的高效、安全、生态友好的农药新品种。因此国家“十二五”科技支撑计划提出了支持绿色生态农药发展的规划。如何快速有效地发现绿色生态的新农药靶标和新农药结构就显得尤为重要。在此背景下,开启了本实验。为了检测HMGR抑制剂的具体杀虫活性,进行了JH生物合成抑制作用的测试、对害虫胃毒作用的测试、对害虫杀卵作用的测试以及对害虫生长调节作用的测试。实验结果表明本发明的化合物是优异的昆虫保幼激素生物合成抑制剂,抑制中的浓度达到纳摩尔每升。其活体杀虫活性主要体现在优良的胃毒、杀卵和昆虫生长调节作用。34788

    Study on insecticidal activity of HMGR inhibitor
    Abstract: Pesticides, as an important tool for insect disease prevention, can save huge crop losses and economic damages every year around the world. Traditional pesticides have made quite outstanding contributions in rapidly processing pests, ensuring the harvest of crops and human health, etc. But at the same time, due to the unreasonable use of pesticides, moreover there are some disadvantages in some pesticides, many problems are caused, such as residual problems, pollution to the environment, the negative effect on ecology and biological health condition, and so on. With the increasing of human environmental protection consciousness, our requirements on the quality of the survival ecological environment are higher and higher, and more efficient, safe, eco-friendly pesticide varieties should be designed. Therefore the national science and technology support program of "The 12th Five-Year Plan" put forward supporting plan for the development of green ecological pesticide, and how to quickly and efficiently find out new green ecological pesticides targets and pesticide structure is particularly important. Under this background, this experiment is conducted. To detect the specific insecticidal activity of HMGR inhibitor, it carried out JH biosynthesis inhibiting test, tests of stomach toxicity effect on pests as well as the function of killing pest eggs on growth regulation of insects. The experimental results showed that this compound invented was a superior insect juvenile hormone biosynthesis inhibitor, and the concentration of the inhibitor had reached nanomole per liter. Its living insecticidal activity was mainly reflected in stomach poison, eggs killing and insect growth regulation.
