摘要:以椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、芘(Py)、二苯甲酮、丙酮、氯化钠、乙醇和丙三醇为原料,配制含有芘的烷醇酰胺非离子型表面活性剂(椰油基二乙醇酰胺)溶液,通过稳态荧光探针光谱法测定其临界胶束浓度。根据芘发射光谱中芘的荧光强度比(I374/I384)随表面活性剂水溶液浓度的变化而变化,激发光谱中其荧光强度比(I338/I333)随表面活性剂水溶液浓度变化而变化,测定椰油酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)非离子型表面活性剂的CMC。结果两种光谱得到的CMC一致,为5×10-5mol/L。同时,研究了外部添加剂(无机盐和一元醇)对椰油酸二乙醇酰胺非离子型表面活性剂CMC的影响及其原因。结果表明两种外部添加剂对6501表面活性剂的CMC均有不同影响。当猝灭剂的浓度范围在0.04~0.07mmol/L时,用稳态荧光探针法测定了椰油酸二乙醇酰胺的胶束聚集数。结果表明,表面活性剂溶液浓度为5~10倍CMC,猝灭剂二苯甲酮浓度保持不变时,胶束聚集数N对表面活性剂溶液浓度具有依赖性,N随表面活性剂溶液浓度的增大而增大。5663

Determination of Critical Micelle Concentration(CMC) of Coco fattyacid diethanolamide by Steady-State Flourescence Probe Metherd
Abstract:Critical aggregation numbers of micelle(Nagg)of Alkanolamide nonionic surfactant was(Coco fatty acid diethanol amide) determined by steady-state fluorescence probe method in which pyrene was used as the fluorescence probe and benzophenone as thequencher.According to the change of fluorescence intensity ratio of pyrene I1/I3 with the change of surfactant concentration of aqueous solution,critical micelle concentration(CMC)was investigated by steady—state fluorescence probe and compared with that determined by surface tension method.CMC values for CEDA was 5.25×10-5 mol/L.Satisfactory results were obtained when the surfactant solution was prepared with saturated aqueous solution of pyrene and the optimum concentration of benzophenone was selected at 0.04-0.07 mmol/L.The experimental results showed that Nm increased linearly with the increase of the surfactant concentration in a range of 5—15 times CMC and Nm can be extrapolated from the N— C curve,which was 5.
