摘要: 本课题是年产50万套汽车用大型注塑件的车间工艺设计。汽车产业的发展不断发展使得车用大型注塑件的成为不可或缺的一部分,本次车间主要产品包括汽车保险杠、仪表盘。工艺设计所采用的工艺流程是注塑成型。并说明所选用的基料为改性聚丙烯,在加工汽车保险杠、仪表盘时,采用聚丙烯树脂混合各种助剂注入模具来完成制作,从而得到具有优良的刚性,可塑性强的制品。具体工艺流程包括成型前准备、成型过程、制品后处理三个阶段。基料及助剂经干燥混合后加入到注塑机中,物料经过注塑机注射成型,最后进行后处理,最终得到保险杠及仪表盘成品。设计内容主要包括概述、厂址选择、工艺流程、配方设计、设备选型、物料衡算以及车间布局设计(CAD)。其中工艺流程为重点,设计主要成果包括:设计说明书,车间布局图。30859
