摘要:本课题采用模板法制备纳米球型氧化锌颗粒,用锌盐为原材料,通过催化剂作用以及后期煅烧制备出纳米球型氧化锌颗粒。以紫外吸光性能和粒径大小为指标优化制备工艺,并通过透射电镜和红外光扫描对煅烧前后进行测定。结果表明,制备球型氧化锌颗粒的最佳工艺为,聚合物球粒径为395nm,反应温度为60℃,催化剂用量为200ul,锌盐用量为3%,煅烧时间为3h,煅烧温度为500℃。此时制备出来的球型氧化锌颗粒粒径为647nm左右,紫外吸光性能最优。29438

Preparation and Properties of Nano UV Shielding Agent
Abstract: This paper mainly adopts a certain proportion of styrene, ammonium persulfate, acrylic acid, polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) fully stirring and nitrogen into the and oil bath heating to a certain temperature, later joining initiator potassium persulfate, isothermal reaction 10 hours, after centrifugation washing system for preparation of anionic PS template. Take 0.1ps template (solid content is 1%) by adding a certain amount of water, with magnetic stirring heating to 60 ℃, constant temperature reaction 1 hour, with injection machine into a certain amount of Zn(NO3)2•6H2O, isothermal reaction 3 hours, with injection molding machine into a certain amount of ammonia, reaction for 2 hours, centrifugal washing and finally into the muffle furnace up to calcined at a certain temperature for 3 hours. The results showed that the nano zinc oxide hollow spheres of the optimum preparation process for, PS template particle size in 393-399nm, Zn(NO3)2•6H2O dosage for 0.2975g and ammonia of the injection volume 200ul, calcination temperature to 500 ℃, then prepared zinc oxide hollow spheres UV shielding performance is the best.
