7.污泥浓缩池
初步降低废水污泥含水率的废水处理构筑物。一般为圆形或方形池。含水率约从99.2%~99.5%降至96%~98%。浓缩的目的是减少污泥体积,便于后续处理。
8.贮泥池
采用矩形贮泥池,贮存来自初次沉淀池、接触氧化池产生的污泥、二次沉淀池的污泥量。
9.污泥脱水间
将流态的原生、浓缩或消化污泥脱除水分,转化为半固态或固态泥块的一种污泥处理方法。经过脱水后,污泥含水率可降低到百分之五十五至百分之八十,视污泥和沉渣的性质和脱水设备的效能而定。污泥的进一步脱水则称污泥干化,干化污泥的含水率低于百分之十。脱水的方法,主要有自然干化法、机械脱水法和造粒法。自然干化法和机械脱水法适用于污水污泥。造粒法适用于混凝沉淀的污泥。

Design requirements:Paper industry wastewater:CODcr=3000mg/l, BOD5=600mg/l, SS=700 mg/l. After treatment designed to achieve water quality to CODcr≤100 mg/l, BOD5≤20 mg/l, SS≤70 mg/l
Technological process
It is intended to adopt A/O method is the main process.In materialized - a combination of biochemical methods to multi-stage biological treatment(Secondary treatment) based approach to supplement precipitation(Primary treatment), according to a lot of theoretical reference and subject requirements.
