    摘要:三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐是一种用途广、价值高的化工产品,具有低毒、耐腐蚀、热稳定性高等优点,广泛运用于阻燃、润滑、消光、塑料、涂料和化妆品等领域。本文介绍了以三聚氰胺和氰尿酸为原料,通过机械搅拌法、研磨法、水热法合成三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐,利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等仪器进行结构分析,并将其添加到聚氨酯硬泡中进行相关性能测试。实验结果表明,三种合成方法均成功制备了三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐,且机械搅拌法与水热法的合成率均高于研磨法。通过对比发现,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的最佳合成温度是110℃,最佳合成方法是机械搅拌法,且具有方便、节能和反应充分等特点。利用万能试验机对含有该阻燃剂的聚氨酯硬泡进行压缩强度测试,利用氧指数仪对其进行阻燃性能测定,并对表观密度、尺寸稳定性和吸水率进行测定。测试结果表明,在一定范围内,随着三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的含量逐渐提高,聚氨酯硬泡的氧指数、表观密度有所提高,压缩强度有所下降,说明三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐提高了聚氨酯硬泡的阻燃性,且对结构有一定的影响。23843

    Preparation and characterization of melamine cyanurate acid system
    Abstract:Melamine cyanuric acid salt is a kind of widely used and high value chemical products with advantages of low toxicity, high corrosion resistance, thermal stability, which can be widely used in flame retardant, lubrication, extinction, plastics, coating and cosmetics, etc. In this paper, melamine and cyanuric acid were used as raw materials, we used mechanical mixing method, grinding method and hydrothermal method to synthesis melamine cyanuric acid salt. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and other instruments were used for structural analysis.Melamine cyanuric acid salt was added to the polyurethane foam for the related performance testing. The experimental results showed that three kinds of synthesis methods are successfully preparation of melamine cyanuric acid salt, and the mechanical mixing method and hydrothermal method of synthetic rate were higher than grinding method. By contrast, we found the best synthesis temperature of melamine cyanuric acid salt is 110 ℃, the best synthetic method is mechanical mixing method, and it has the characteristics of convenience, energy saving and so on.   Universal testing machine was used to test the compression strength of the  polyurethane foam containing flame retardant. Oxygen index apparatus was used to measure the flame retardant performance . We also determined the apparent density, size stability and water absorption . The results showed that within a certain range, with melamine cyanuric acid salt content increasing, the oxygen index of polyurethane foam and apparent density increased, while the compression strength declined, which indicated that melamine cyanuric acid salt has improved the flame retardancy of polyurethane foam, and has certain influence on its structure.
