摘要采用了正交试验法研究了苯胺、硫氰酸钾、乌洛托品三种缓蚀剂在HNO3溶液中对于碳钢+不锈钢的缓蚀性能。三种缓蚀剂的药剂投加量分别选择了0mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L。结果表明,在对碳钢的缓蚀能力方面,影响因素的顺序为苯胺>硫氰酸钾>乌洛托品;在对不锈钢的缓蚀能力方面,影响因素的顺序为乌洛托品>硫氰酸钾>苯胺。单因素缓蚀实验表明,在苯胺投加量为100mg/L,硫氰酸钾的投加量为150mg/L,乌洛托品投加量为50mg/L时对碳钢的缓蚀效果最好。探讨了酸洗过程中不锈钢的灰化现象的避免方法。结果表明,在加入150mg/L十二烷基硫酸钠条件下,能够有效的避免不锈钢灰化现象的发生。最后进行了验证试验。分别在40℃、2%HNO3,25℃、7% HNO3及2% HNO3中进行了验证实验,其腐蚀率符合《工业设备化学清洗质量标准》的要求。21110

Title Research and development of the corrosion inhibitors for stainless steel and carbon steel in nitric acid solution
Abstract
Three kinds of corrosion inhibitors (aniline, potassium thiocyanate and urotropin) were used to investigate the corrosion inhibition properties on carbon and stainless steel in HNO3 solution. The dosages of three kinds of inhibitors were chosen 0mg / L, 50mg / L, 100mg / L and 150mg / L. The results indicated that the aniline showed the supreme effect on the corrosion of carbon steel, followed by the potassium thiocyanate and urotropin. For the inhibition to stainless steel, the strongest effect factor is urotropin, followed by potassium thiocyanate, and then by aniline. The results of the mono-chemical experiments indicated that the optimum dosage of 100 mg/L, 150 mg/L, and 50 mg/L for aniline, potassium thiocyanate and urotropin, respectively. The coloring phenomenon of stainless steel in pickling process also were studied. We have selected sodium dodecyl sulfate solution to overcome the problem and the optimum dosage were found to 150 mg / L. Finally, the validation tests were carried out. When the washing condition were at for 25 ℃ for 2% HNO3 and 7% HNO3,40 ℃ for 2% HNO3, the corrosion level meet the requirements of the State Standard.
