摘要:本课题主要研究了乳木果油纳米乳液的制备及添加剂对其粒径的影响,包括不同油脂类型、离子型表面活性剂、保湿剂和流变调节剂的影响。并考察了纳米乳液粒径大小对白藜芦醇的促渗透效果,以及包含不同白藜芦醇含量的纳米乳液渗透性影响。同时研究了纳米乳液的粒径稳定性及白藜芦醇稳定性。实验结果表明植物油脂对纳米乳液粒径影响较小,而合成油脂中液态油脂对纳米乳液粒径影响较小,固态油脂明显使粒径增加。阴离子表活AES和阳离子表活1631可使体系的带电性增强,同时也使粒径增大。保湿剂甘油和1,3丁二醇对纳米乳液体系粒径影响较大,但是对PDI值影响很小。流变调节剂的加入使体系的粒径和PDI值都显著增大。实验结果还表明,纳米乳液的低温稳定性较差,但常温稳定性比较好。白藜芦醇的稳定性都比较好。且白藜芦醇纳米乳液与白藜芦醇普通乳液渗透相比,纳米乳液的渗透性更好。20457

Influence of nanoemulsions on the penetrability of resveratrol
Abstract:The main topic of the effects of additives on preparation and shea butter to its particle size nanoemulsion, including the impact of different types of oils, ionic surfactants, moisturizers and rheology modifiers. And the effects of nano-emulsion particle size effect of resveratrol in the penetration and permeability of nano-emulsions containing different levels of resveratrol. Also studied particle stability and the stability of nano-emulsions resveratrol. Experimental results show that nano-emulsion of vegetable oils affect a smaller particle size, and synthetic oils in liquid oil nanoemulsion particle size effects on small diameter solid fats increase significantly so. Anionic and cationic surface active AES 1631 enables enhanced charging system, but also to make the particle size increases. Humectant glycerol and 1,3-butanediol impact on nano-emulsion system larger particle size, but a small effect on the PDI values. Join rheology modifier makes the system size and PDI values were significantly increased. The results also show that the poor low temperature stability of nano-emulsions, but better temperature stability. Stability of resveratrol are better.With resveratrol and resveratrol nanoemulsion lotion penetrate ordinary compared to the permeability of nano-emulsion better.
