摘要根据所下达的设计任务书,本设计进行了年产600吨有机磷改性树脂车间工艺设计。通过查阅了大量的文献资料,将有磷酸树脂和丙烯酸酯这两类结合在一起,充分利用两者的优点,得到兼具二者优异性能的新型材料,这在理论研究和实际应用中都有着重要的意义,相信该设计能对防火性能有出色表现。
结合实际选择的将单体通过溶液聚合制得的丙烯酸树脂,与买来的磷酸树脂通过加料设备,与溶剂以上面相同的方法共混,蒸发溶剂,搅拌,制得有机磷改性丙烯酸树脂的生产工艺方案和产品生产,还进行了有关物料和能量平衡计算。本设计采用了一条流水线,一年工作21每天8时的生产计划。本设计中,车间厂房采用长方形双层厂房。厂房的尺寸(长×宽×高)为13×6×10m。长方形厂房便于作全厂总平面布置,节约用地,方便设备排列,便于安排交通和出入口,有较多墙面提供给自然采光和通风设计使用。生产过程中也考虑了低成本、低污染、高性能、可循环利用等理念对车间进行合理设计和优化,并绘制了工艺流程图及车间平面布置图。20208

Abstract
According to the assigned design task , the design of the annual output of 600 tons of organic phosphorus -modified resin plant process design . Through access to a large number of documents , the phosphoric acid and acrylate resins combine these two types of full use of the advantages of both , get both excellent performance of both new material , which in the theoretical study and practical applications have a important , I believe that the design could have excelled on the fire performance .
The actual selection by solution polymerization of the monomers acrylic resin , and the resin acid by feeding equipment bought with the same solvent blend of the above method , the solvent evaporated , followed by stirring , to obtain an organic phosphorus-modified acrylic resin production technology solutions and products , also carried out concerning the material and energy balance calculations. The design uses an assembly line , working 21 year production plan daily 8:00 . In this design, factory workshop using rectangular double the plant. Plant size ( length × width × height ) is 13 × 6m × 10m. Rectangular plant easy to make the whole plant layout, land conservation, convenient device arranged to facilitate arrangements for transportation and entrance, there are more walls to the use of natural lighting and ventilation design . Production process is also considered a low-cost, low pollution , high performance, such as the concept of recycling workshop on rational design and optimization , and draw a flow chart of the workshop floorplan .
