摘 要：本文通过文献法对我国居家养老服务的现状进行分析，得出目前我国居家养老服务存在服务参与度低、缺乏心理以及医疗卫生方面的服务内容、居家养老资金的缺乏以及服务工作人员数量少以及专业化程度低的问题。而造成这些状况的主要原因是我国无明确的政策法规，或者相关的保险法来支持居家养老服务项目。我国应当建议起相关的制度，而我国在这方面并没有相关的经验，由此可以借鉴日本的做法。实践证明日本介护保险的探索对老年人的养老问题是非常具有意义的，且发展已相对较为成熟，对中国的居家养老服务来说，具有十分重要的借鉴意义。借鉴日本的做法，我国应当建立以居家养老为核心的服务体系，宏观上调整资金的筹集，不断提高服务人员的专业化程度，扩展居家服务的服务内容，使得居家养老服务进一步完善。70216

The Reference of Japan 's Nursing Care Insurance System to China' s home Pension
Abstract：This paper analyzes the present situation of home care service in China by means of literature method, and points out that there are low service participation, lack of psychological and medical service in China's domestic pension service, lack of home pension funds and low number of service staff and professional Low degree of the problem. The main reason for these conditions is that China has no clear policies and regulations, or related insurance law to support the home care services. China should be recommended from the relevant system, and our country in this area and no relevant experience, which can learn from Japan's practice. Practice has proved that the exploration of Japanese nursing insurance is very meaningful for the elderly pension problem, and the development has been relatively mature, China's home care services, it is of great significance. Learn from Japan's practice, China should establish a home pension as the core of the service system, the macro to adjust the funds to raise, and continuously improve the professional staff of the degree of expansion of home service services, making the home care services to further improve.
