设计总说明：本设计为恒源商贸中心框架结构设计，结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总建筑面积10275 （其中地上建筑面积为9022 ,地下建筑面积为1253 ）.建筑层数及高度： 本工程地上为8层，地下为1层；建筑高度为30.40米。建筑设计使用年限为50 年，耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。设计内容为结构设计，主要包括结构方案的确定、结构计算和结构制图。结构方案的确定主要是根据建筑图来选定梁、柱的截面尺寸布置梁柱位置，并考虑偏心影响。结构计算主要是通过使用PKPM结构计算软件建模计算与手算相结合的方式对上部结构及基础进行配筋计算。结构制图主要是根据计算结果绘制梁板柱配筋图、基础结构布置图以及楼梯详图等施工图。59715

General Description of The Design: The design of Hengyuan Commerce & trade center frame structure design, structure type of cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, a total construction area of 10275 (in the construction area of 9022 , underground construction area of 1253 ).The building height and layer: this project on the 8 floor, underground 1 storey building height of 30.40 meters. The architectural design service life is 50 years, refractory grade two, seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees.Design content for the structural design, including the structure of the program design, structural calculation and structural mapping. The structure scheme is determined mainly according to the construction drawing to select the section size of the beam and column, and the position of the beam column is arranged, and the influence of eccentricity is considered.The structure calculation is mainly software modeling and calculation of combining reinforcement calculation of superstructure and foundation structure calculation by using PKPM. Structure drawing is mainly based on the calculation of drawing slab column match tendon picture, infrastructure layout and detail stairs construction drawings.
