摘要本论文开展了采用连续驱动摩擦焊焊接铝-铜异种合金的工艺和组织性能研究。焊接材料为铬锆铜和1050铝。针对某一特定的连续驱动摩擦焊焊接参数式样,与国外已经投产的式样进行对比,测量焊缝的导电性能,测试接头的抗拉强度,观察焊缝显微组织进行电镜扫描分析。研究表明:摩擦压力6MPa,顶锻压力5MPa,摩擦时间2.8s的试验参数焊接效果良好。在测试电阻时做的可行性分析表明在离中轴线距离不同的位置虽然母材电阻值和总的电阻值不同,但是他们的差值即焊缝的电阻值相同,因此可以对焊缝电阻值进行测量。67495

Title The friction-welding-technology-researching of
dissimilar materials between copper and aluminum
Abstract
In this thesis,the continuous drive friction welding between aluminum and copper are discussed.Chromium zirconium copper and aluminium 1050 are used in welding. Then,for a specific continuous drive friction welding weldment, compared with abroad which has been put into production patterns .A lot of testes,including Resistance Determination of the Weld Tensile Test,Microstructure Analysis of the Weld, and, electron microscope scanning analysis are conducted to detect the quality of the weld.When friction welding effect is good friction pressure of 6 MPa, upset pressure of 5 MPa, The test parameters of 2.8 s.Although the parent metal from the central axis of different position resistance value is different, but the weld resistance is the same, therefore weld resistance can be measured.
