摘要聚羧酸系高性能减水剂是目前市场上应用广泛的一种高效减水剂,并以其具有的保坍度好,减水率高的优良性能而备受关注。实验以OXAB-501大单体为原料料合成聚羧酸高性能减水剂,并在合成过程中引入含氮官能团,使合成的聚羧酸减水剂具有阻锈效果。本文探讨了不同反应条件合成聚羧酸高性能减水剂样品对水泥分散性能的影响,并根据水泥分散性能的结果优选出最佳的合成方案。最后对自制的聚羧酸高性能减水剂进行混凝土性能测试。结果表明聚羧酸减水剂的混凝土力学性能较好,达到国家标准。实验对聚羧酸高性能减水剂合成过程进行了红外光谱的跟踪监测,证明反应过程中引入了三聚氰胺磺酸盐的阻锈官能团。对自制聚羧酸高性能减水剂进行动电位极化和交流阻抗技术测试,表明带有三聚氰胺含氮官能团的聚羧酸高性能减水剂对钢筋电极有一定的抗腐蚀能力,与其他阻锈剂复配使用,能够起到协同缓蚀作用。67165

Title Graft modification of polycarboxylate superplasticizer
Abstract Polycarboxylates high-performance water-reducing agent is a kind of superplasticizer which is widely used on the market.It slump degree and have excellent performance of high rate of reduction of water. We use the OXAB-501 monomer as raw material for synthesis of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, then introduce the nitrogen functional groups in the process of synthesis, make the polycarboxylate superplasticizer have inhibitive effect. This paper discusses the influence of different reaction conditions of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent on the performance of cement sample dispersion and according to the cement dispersing performance results and select the best composition plan. We tested the polycarboxylate superplasticizer for concrete performance. The results showed that the MPC concrete better mechanical properties. The test results reach the national standard. We are monitoring infrared spectra of polycarboxylic water-reducing agent synthesis process. Results show that rust is introduced in the reaction process of melamine sulfonate groups. We test the self-made polycarboxylate superplasticizer potentiodynamic polarization and AC impedance.
The experimental results show that with the melamine nitrogen functional groups of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the corrosion resistance ability of the steel electrode. It is used with other rust inhibitor compound, can play a synergistic inhibition effect.
