摘要:根据城市建设的推进及种植屋面的崛起,屋顶绿化变成了可以绿化建筑设施并且可以改善空气质量的一项重要措施,从而得到世界关注及推崇。高强度聚氨酯有望在上述领域得到广泛的应用。本文研究了高强度聚氨酯防水涂料的制备;聚氨酯预聚体中用MDI取代TDI制备聚氨酯涂料;同时探索一种作为植物防水层材料耐根刺穿的快速检验的方法;讨论了防水材料强度与耐穿刺力关系,通过实验数据得到聚氨酯防水膜拉伸强度力与其耐根穿刺力成正比。63452

Preparation of Roofing and Roofing Waterproof Coating for Roof Greening and Exploration of Quick Inspection of Its Resistance
Abstract: According to the advancement of urban construction and the rise of roofing, roof greening has become an important measure to green construction facilities and improve air quality, which has attracted worldwide attention and respected. High-strength polyurethane is expected to be widely used in these areas. In this paper, the preparation of high strength polyurethane waterproof coating was studied. Polyurethane coating was prepared by replacing TDI with MDI in polyurethane prepolymer. At the same time, a method for rapid testing of root-resistant piercing of plant waterproof layer was explored. The strength and resistance of waterproof material Puncture force relationship, through the experimental data obtained polyurethane waterproof membrane tensile strength and its root resistance is proportional to the root.
