    摘要搅拌摩擦焊是一种借由探针在接缝处旋转摩擦产生摩擦热,材料强烈塑性变形,并沉积在探针后方形成焊缝的焊接工艺。该焊接工艺具有简单经济、适用面广、安全无污染等诸多优点。常用的搅拌摩擦焊多为单轴肩,探针陷入接缝但不贯穿接缝。与此相对,双轴肩的搅拌摩擦头有上下双轴肩,探针贯穿工件,从而解决了单轴肩背部预留量的问题,也实现了对工件更好的固定效果。基于这些考虑,形成了以双轴肩搅拌摩擦焊来对高强铝工件进行焊接的工艺。33864
    高强铝是一种具有各种优良性能的材料,近年来在各个领域得到了广泛应用。同时,高强铝的焊接也存在着诸多难题,如焊接变形、软化、裂纹、气孔等。搅拌摩擦焊最大程度上缓解了因热输入导致的接头软化问题,因此特别适用于高强铝的焊接。
     本次实验在之前实验的基础上选择了600转速和20焊速。在实验中,遇到了板材厚度过大,坡口不合适,螺纹未选好,摩擦头材料耐热性能不够等诸多问题,导致结果并不尽如人意。这些都是需要改善的。

    Title    Dual axle shoulder friction stir welding to aluminum                     
    Abstract
    Friction stir welding is a friction heat generated by the friction of the probe at the joint,material strongly plastic deformation,and the welding process of the welding seam is formed after the probe is deposited.The welding process has a simple economy, widely applicable, safety, no pollution, and many other advantages. Commonly used in friction stir welding is a single shaft shoulder more, probe into the seam but not through the seams. In contrast, bi-axial friction stir head with double shaft shoulder up and down to the shoulders, probe through the work-piece, which solved the problem of the uni-axial humeral back reserve quantity, also achieved better fixed effect of artifacts. Based on these considerations, formed the shoulder and bi-axial friction stir welding to welding of high strength aluminum work-piece process.×                                             High strength aluminum is a kind of has a variety of excellent properties of material, in recent years has been widely applied in all fields. At the same time, the welding of high strength aluminum also exists many problems, such as welding deformation, softening, cracks, porosity, etc. Largest extent of friction stir welding joint softening problem caused by heat input, so especially suitable for the welding of high strength aluminum.×                                      This experiment on the basis of the experiment before chose 600 rotation speed and welding speed. Encountered in the experiments, the thickness of the plate is too big, groove is not appropriate, thread did not choose good, the friction head material heat-resisting performance is not enough, and many other problems, lead to the result is not satisfactory. These are all need to improve.
