摘要:本文选择了具有优异电化学性能的多壁碳纳米管作为增强填料,经过表面修饰对其改性的基础上,采用溶液共混法可以制备得表面光滑,内部均匀的碳纳米管/硅橡胶复合材料,对其导电、介电、透光、拉伸性能及影响因素作了详细研究。通过对碳纳米管表面修饰研究发现,硅烷偶联剂KH550作为一类简单有效的改性剂作用于碳纳米管/硅橡胶复合材料中,可与原始碳纳米管表面存在的活性有机基团直接发生化学反应而链接,不仅文持了碳纳米管原有的性能和结构,还提高了硅橡胶与碳纳米管之间的表面结合力,使碳管较均匀的分散在基体中,提高了复合材料的机械性能。同时,采用溶液共混法制备可以使填料完全均匀分散,得到表面光滑均匀的改性碳纳米管/硅橡胶复合材料。本文通过对样品的分析可知,随着碳纳米管含量的增加,复合材料的介电常数上升,体积电阻率下降,透光率下降,拉伸强度先上升再下将,热导系数增大等性能变化。32381

Study the properties of carbon nanotube modifed phenyl silicone rubber
Abstract:This article select excellent multi-walled carbon nanotubes as a function of the filler, based on its modification, which was prepared by solution blending the carbon nanotube/silicone rubber composites, on the tensile properties of the conductive, dielectric, pervious to light, and the influence factors have been studied in detail. Through the study on surface modification of carbon nanotubes, found that silane coupling agent KH550 is carbon nanotube/silicone rubber composite material is a kind of simple and effective modifying agent, can be directly with the original organic groups in the surface of carbon nanotubes in chemical reactions, to maintain the original properties of carbon nanotubes, improves the cohesive strength between carbon nanotubes and silicone rubber, to make the tubes evenly dispersed in the matrix, improve the mechanical properties of the composite material. At the same time, prepared by solution blending method can make the packing completely evenly dispersed, uniform of modified carbon nanotube/silicone rubber composites. In this paper, through the analysis of the samples, with the increase of the content of carbon nanotubes composites dielectric constant increases, the volume resistivity decreased, light transmittance, will, under the tensile strength increased first and then increased thermal conductivity coefficient change in performance.
