摘要具有ABO3钙钛矿型结构的锆钛酸铅PZT压电陶瓷,因其温度稳定性好、电性能优异,容易制造而且价格低廉等优点而被广泛应用于电子元器件中。锆钛摩尔比为95/5的锆钛酸铅压电陶瓷体系[化学式为Pb(Zr0.95Ti0.05)03],简称PZT95/5,由于含锆较高,PzT95/5陶瓷一般要求高温(1300℃)烧结,高温下体系中的铅挥发严重,造成化学计量比不准确,最终制品性能恶化,也对环境造成了危害,通过添加Pb2O5来提高性能。
使用固相法合成PZT95/5粉体,利用X射线衍射,CF分析,d33测量仪来表征PZT结构特点及性能。谈论掺杂对材料的介电,压电性能的影响。通过对掺杂2%摩尔比Pb2O5的样品的研究,研究结果表明:掺杂的PZT陶瓷使介电性能下降,机械品质因数降低,平面机电耦合系数Kp提高,压电性能增强。5583

Title the synthesis of high content of Zr PZT piezoelectric ceramic and its properties research
Abstract
Lead zirconate titanate(PZT), which a kind of piezoceramics with ABO3-perovskite structure, have been extensively in electronic components due to its stable temperature function, the excellent electromechanical properties, the available production and the low cost. The Zr:Ti ratio is around 95:5 of PZT[Pb(Zr0.95Ti0.05)O3],PZT95/5 Because of high-content the Zr element, PZT95/5 need a high sintering temperature(around 1300℃) when the Pb in PZT will be volatilization. The element composition of PZT is not as precise as original form. The properties of PZT ceramic produce will be worsen. It’s also causing harm for the environment. The samples are gained by adding Pb2O5 in order to enhance the properties.
Using the method of the solid-phase to synthesize the powder of PZT95/5, by means of the X-ray diffraction(XRD), CF analysis, d33 analysis to characterized the powder’s structure and property .The effects of the addition on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the system were discussed. Based on the study of these samples that are obtained with Pb2O5=2%(mole ratio) , we can say : the samples with addition can improve the piezoelectric properties and the value of Kp ,they also low the dielectric properties down and reduce the value of Qm.
