摘要传统的热辐射表面不具备自动调节其热辐射特性的能力,无法根据外界环境温度的变化来调节其发射率,所以随着航天事业的发展,基于可变发射率的智能热辐射表面在航天器热控领域的应用受到科研人员的亲睐,其中热致变色材料成为了替代传统热辐射表面材料的最好的选择之一。因此,开展对热致变色材料的制备方法和热辐射性能的研究具有重要的现实意义和良好应用前景。目前国际上对块状和薄膜形式的热致变色材料研究较多, 但本文以钙钛矿锰化物为基本材料,制备涂料型钙钛矿锰氧化物涂层,探索其制备的方法,研究其热辐射特性。 本文采用固相反应法制备涂料型钙钛矿锰氧化物涂层的粉末, 用溶胶-凝胶法制备以 Al为基底的涂料型钙钛矿锰氧化物涂层。19284
用傅里叶红外光谱仪测量涂层样品在常温下反射率,根据反射计光学法间接测量涂层在常温下的发射率。分析同种材料随着涂料液体中粉末百分比含量的变化,其发射率变化的规律。实验结果表面样品涂层发射率在常温下随着粉末含量的增加而减小。分析涂层样品的反射率光谱,发现基料会对涂层的反射率光谱有一定的干扰作用。

Title Investigation on thermal radiation properties of the perovskite-type manganese oxides coating
Abstract
With the development of aerospace industry, smart radiation surface based
on variable emissivity materials is favored by researchers because it is
more attractive than the traditional radiation surface which cannot
automatic adjust its emissivity depend on the change of environmental
temperature. Among these materials, thermochromic material has been
investigated in recent years. Therefore, this material has a good
application prospect in spacecraft thermal control and it is significant
to investigate its thermal radiation properties. This article mainly
explores the methods for preparing the perovskite-type manganese oxides
coating and studies its thermal radiation characteristics.
The powder of the perovskite-type manganese oxides is prepared by solid
state reaction method firstly. Manganite coating is spined on Al substrate
using the sol-gel of manganese oxide powder and acrylate resin. And then
the reflectivity of the sample at room temperature is measured by Fourier
transform infrared spectrometer. Coating emssivity is obtained according
to the reflectometer optical method. The emissivity variation influenced
by the content percentage change of the powder of the same material is
analyzed. The result shows that the emissivity of the coating increase with
the decrease of the content of the powder.
