    摘要:加热炉是石油炼制和化学工业中提供热能的加热设备,加热炉内安装着由无缝钢管连接而成的排管,被加热物质在管内流动,被加热到工艺所需求的温度。加热炉控制系统的基本控制要求是将物料加热到工艺要求温度,由于目前的能源危机,提高加热炉的效率,通过优化对加热炉的控制来实现节能减排更具有了实际意义。69505

    本文基于加热炉多变量、时变、非线性、大惯性特性的考虑,结合国内外加热炉的控制方法和控制现状,针对加热炉系统中物料出口温度以及炉膛压力设计出相应的控制方案。利用Matlab进行仿真,通过仿真结果表明, 方案的控制效果和可用性较好。比较于传统的加热炉控制策略,在很大程度上解决了加热炉燃烧效率较低,控制响应延迟大的问题。

    Design of Heating Furnace Temperature Control System Based on Feedforward Control

    Abstract:Furnace is a heating equipment that wildly used in oil refining, and chemical fiber industry. The material temperature is the basic control requirements, but for the existing energy crisis, improving the thermal efficiency of furnace, energy saving through better furnace optimal control is more meaningful.

    In view of the various characteristics of the furnace inside the furnace, taking into account the furnace inside the variable too much, cut will change over time, and is a nonlinear change, by studying the reality of the situation at home and abroad, and it and domestic and foreign Is used to effectively control the important control parameters in the control system of the furnace, including the outlet temperature of the heated material, the ratio of air to fuel, and the pressure inside the furnace. Because of the energy crisis in today's society, we can meet the requirements of the process and reduce the energy consumption. In order to make the heating furnace real energy conservation and reduce the emission, we need to heat Furnace to make better control. So I designed a program, and the simulation of this program with Matlab, get the final results, with this result to prove that the program can be implemented, the effect is also ideal, and the program also makes the furnace efficiency High, while solving the time lag of the furnace.
