摘要现代的社会中,随着人们的生活水平的提高,越来越的人开始专注对自身营养的调整,在这其中形成了“养生观念”。而往往最为契合养生观念的就是食物和食疗,谷物、粗粮作为现代社会中人们所提倡的健康食品,首当其冲成为了饮食的热门。61773
现今,谷物有很多种类,在中国的不同地区,分布着谷物的种植地。在当下有句俗语叫“南米北豆”,说的是在地理纬度高、气候温差大的北方地区,往往是豆类植物最适宜的种植点,而低纬、多雨、气候湿润的南方则更适宜稻、米类的生长。当谷物粮食成为消费者眼中较为热销的“保健品”,谷物的价值更是津津乐道。豆类有着煮食后饱满的口感,蕴含着的大豆蛋白、氨基酸、维生素,是心脑血管最佳的保护伞,稻米类的麸质、粗纤维、碳水化合物更是消化系统的好帮手。一般来说,市面上所销售的大部分谷物包装都由不同材质的包装袋组成,但有很多看似光鲜亮丽的食品包装,背后却是材料的浪费、不可降解等因素,在世界范围所倡导的环保方面,确有背道而驰之意。借此,谷物的产品和包装材料是此次设计的重心。

Abstract In modern society, with the improvement of people's living standard, more and more people begin to focus on their nutrition, formed "health preserving" in it. But often the most fit keeping in good health is a concept that the food and diet, grains, coarse grains as modern society people advocate the healthy food, became a popular diet.
Nowadays, there are all kinds of grain, in different parts of China, the distribution of the grain belt. In the moment there is a proverb called "south meters north beans", said in the high latitude, climate, large temperature difference between the northern regions, tend to be the most suitable planting of legumes, and low latitude, rainy, humid climate of the south is more suitable for the growth of rice, rice class. Grain food become more popular as "health food" in consumers eyes. Beans with a cooking after full taste, contains soy protein, amino acid, vitamin, is the best umbrella of heart head blood-vessel, rice gluten, crude fiber, carbohydrate is the good assistant of the digestive system. In general, most of the sales on the market the packing bag of grain packing were made by different material composition, but there are a lot of seemingly bright food packaging, behind is the waste material and non-biodegradable, advocated by the world environmental protection, does the opposite meaning. Take this, grain products and packaging materials are the focus of this design.
