摘要目前我国科技创新型科技企业存在没有针对自身特点来建设与之相适应的企业文化的问题。科技创新型企业是以科技创新为主要发展模式的企业，应该构建一种与企业自身发展模式相适应的、能激发企业创新力的企业文化。基于此，本文以科技创新型企业的企业文化作为研究对象，通过理论和实际案例分析相结合，旨在为科技创新型企业的企业文化建设提出改进建议。文章首先对科技创新型企业进行介绍，归纳其特点；接着从理论角度分析了企业文化对企业发展的影响和作用；接下来分析科技创新型企业的企业文化建设中普遍存在的问题；最后，根据科技创新型企业的特点及其文化建设存在的问题，对科技创新型企业的企业文化建设提出可行性建议。56671

Study on the construction of enterprise culture of innovation of science and technology enterprises

Abstract

At present there is no according to their own characteristics to adapt to the construction of the enterprise culture of innovation of science and technology of China's science and technology enterprise. The innovation of science and technology enterprise is the technology innovation as the main mode of development of the enterprise, should be able to stimulate the innovation ability of enterprise to construct a and the enterprise's own development mode to adapt, enterprise culture. Based on this, this paper with the innovation of science and technology type enterprise culture as the research object, through the combination of theory and actual case analysis, aimed at the construction of enterprise culture of innovation of science and technology enterprises put forward the improvement proposal. This article first carries on the scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprises, sums up its characteristics; and then analyzes the enterprise culture and influence on the development of enterprise from the angle of theory; followed by analysis of common technology innovative enterprises in the construction of enterprise culture; finally, according to the characteristics and cultural construction of science and technology innovative enterprises of the problem, put forward the feasible suggestion the construction of enterprise culture of innovation of science and technology type enterprise.

目前我国科技创新型科技企业存在没有针对自身特点来建设与之相适应的企业文化体系的问题。一个好的企业文化氛围可以增强员工工作满足感，提高员工的创造表现行为和工作效率，从而促进企业的发展。科技创新型企业是以科技创新为主要发展模式的企业，在企业文化的构建中应吸取先进企业的企业文化建设的经验，构建一种与自身企业发展模式相适应的、能激发企业创新力的企业文化。本文选取这一个课题，是能为我国科技创新型企业的企业文化建设提供一些行之有效的建议。
