摘要虽然激光测距是最早成熟应用的军用激光技术,基于半导体激光器的测距研究伴随着半导体激光器的功率不断提高、工艺不断完善而逐渐发展起来。
脉冲激光测距系统以其优越的性能被越来越广泛的使用,.本课题主要研究了高频脉冲激光测距系统的接收单元,旨在尝试解决项目中现有脉冲激光测距系统精度较低的问题,通过采用合理的芯片和电路设计方法来提高系统精度。
课题在对脉冲激光测距系统作了相关的理论分析之后,比较了常用激光测距方法,最后选择了脉冲激光测距法,并简单介绍了系统所使用的窄脉冲激光二极管。由于要将光信号转变为相应的电信号以便于处理,所以在光信号接收方面,选用了对905nm波长响应度极高的低噪声雪崩二极管作为接收器件,并设计了具有电压控制反馈回路的高压发生单元。考虑到光电探测器的应用场合和对带宽等参数的特殊要求,采用分立元件自行设计了满足带宽和放大倍数要求的放大电路。10334

Title Design of the laser receiver circuit in the laser distance measuring
Abstract
With the increase of semi-laser’s power and improvement of the fabrication technology, the research of rangefinder based on semi-laser is booming gradually,although laser range finding is the first application of military laser technology.
The system of pulse laser rangefinder is widely used more and more because of its superior performance,This system of receiving has been researched in this dissertation,for the purpose of solving the difficult problem that the low precision existing in pulse laser rangefinder now.At the end,the circuit Was designed by using the reasonable chips and methods.
After anglicizing the theories and methods related,the dissertation chosen the pulse laser rangefinder, at the mean time,the narrow pulse laser diode Was mentioned,which was used in the system.Because the optical signals were difficulty to process,the optical signals had to be transformed into electrical signals.The light receiver-APD selected which had low noise and 11igh responsiveness wavelength.The unit of high voltage had designed based on the control feedback.Considering the APD and the bandwidth had to be suitable,amplifying circuit Was designed by discrete components..

1.1 选题来源、目的及意义
激光测距是通过激光往返的时间来测定距离的,激光测距无论是在军事应用,还是在科学技术、生产建设方面都起着重要作用。激光由于方向性强、高亮度、单色性好的特点,使其测量精度比一般测量仪器的精度高很多,且激光测距仪的体积结构小,安装调整方便,故激光测距仪是目前距离测量中比较理想的仪器。可以用于测量长度、距离、速度等。
半导体激光器具有质量轻、体积小、全固态、效率高、可靠性高等特点。波长范围在0.325~34
